David is 10/10!! As a first time home owner the process for buying a home was extremely daunting, after several terrible experiences with other realtors I decided to take the plunge and find a new realtor. I was afraid like the others David might be slow to respond and not very accommodating. However, the heavens aligned & I received the exact opposite. David responded to me extremely quickly and took really detailed notes on all the showings. He is friendly as well and never made me feel stupid when I asked alot of questions about certain processes. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, if you need to close on a good home quickly choose him! There are so many terrible realtors out here in Fl so I feel grateful to have found a really good one!

Being a first time homebuyer while pregnant was not an easy task on my behalf but David was the agent that made it all possible at the last minute. He’s a responsible, trustworthy, and all around easy going person with a lot of advice and help offered throughout the process and afterward. David met all those qualities and more. Even the listing agent wanted him on his team!

David was an absolute MARVEL throughout the home finding and buying process. Always made you feel like he was working for you at all times. Really listened to my wants and needs which led to me buying my dream home. I know when it’s time to look for another place in the future, David will be my guy!
