Since 1979 I've been selling houses. When I began interest rates were at 17%, I wore a flower shirt, shorts, and sandals. It was Hawaii!! I sold Lease-Hold properties with VA, FHA and owner financing. How I ended up in Northern NJ is still perplexing, but in 1982 I arrived and set up shop. Since then I've sold close to a thousand homes, put together 9 minor subdivisions, found & sold building lots for custom builds, worked with small investors in the 2/4 family rental market and more ... If you're thinking about real estate, call me, cause I'm always thinking about it!!
