David has spent nearly twenty years in the Washington, D. C. area real estate industry as an attorney, accountant, and real estate broker. He has negotiated and drafted countless purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements and financing documents for both commercial and residential clients. David has also conducted dozens of real estate closings and served as a 1031 like-kind exchange intermediary in more than a hundred transactions.

Prior to settling in the D.C. area, David served as the managing director of an international sports marketing company’s European operations.
