David has spent nearly twenty years in the Washington, D. C. area real estate industry as an attorney, accountant, and real estate broker. He has negotiated and drafted countless purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements and financing documents for both commercial and residential clients. David has also conducted dozens of real estate closings and served as a 1031 like-kind exchange intermediary in more than a hundred transactions.

David is a graduate of Colgate University where he was a member of the basketball team and he received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. Prior to settling in the D.C. area, David served as the managing director of an international sports marketing company’s European operations.
