A true Richmond native, David’s passion for the sales industry started at the young age of 15. With over 20 years of sales experience in the area, David remains well-connected within the Richmond market and surrounding areas. As a real estate professional, he is committed to families all across Virginia and placing them in their dream homes.

David entered into the real estate profession in 2013 and quickly began his new career as a high volume producer with Long and Foster. David first entered into the industry for a group that sold over 225 houses in 2015, with over $73 million in closed volume. Due to his dedicated approach, David quickly became one of the top selling agents in the group. By 2016, David knew it was time to begin expanding his business and decided to take the leap and become an independent agent. In 2017, David was In his almost seven years with Long and Foster, David has been consecutively recognized as one of Long and Foster’s Top Selling Agents. In 2018, David received the great honor of being inducted into the Long and Foster Master’s Club, the top-tier category for agents that have sold over $20 million of real estate within one year’s time.

In addition to his skilled approach to working with buyers and sellers, David’s diverse range of knowledge and wealth of experience provides him with the opportunity to specialize in commercial land and development transactions. He is also currently building an expansive luxury property portfolio through his far-reaching experience.
