David is a knowledgeable professional that gave excellent advise to my wife and I while we were looking for a house. His attention to detail when looking at houses as well as completing the contract was exceptional. We will definitely work with him again in the future.

Update on 1 August 2023: We worked with David and his team as we moved due to new jobs. Again, they were professional and offered great advise. This time we were building instead of buying. David was attentive throughout the entire process and was very knowledgeable of the various details with building. I will continue to recommend them and will use them if/when I move again.

David was an expert. He nailed the list price, # of expected offers, and eventual sale price. He predicated it all to perfectly. He calmed my anxiety, and didn’t fluff anything. When I decided I need to sell my house I was nervous about the process. Selling and buying a house without moving into temporary housing is a tall order. David Croom delivered with a seamless buy/sell process. He got me the property I wanted for far less and my budget and sold my house for $25,000 over my asking price. David was available during the entire process everyday to answer all of my questions and go over possible problems and solutions to those problems from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the way things turned out and would recommend using his services to all my friends and family. My first home buying experience was with a “family friend” realtor and it left much to be desired so I was blown away by the professionalism and expertise David showed. It’s a huge difference when you have a realtor who really knows what they are doing. Five stars!
