I am a Director in the medical field. I personally have used David's services for over 6 different real estate transactions. I was so happy with him that I recommended him to several of my co-workers who also used his services and were just as pleased. I would not use ANY other Realtor for my housing needs in the future. He is professional and has the best interest of his client at heart. He is always available when we need him. He can handle selling, buying, short-sales or any of your housing needs. I met David in May 2012. He was refered by a friend who had prior experience in purchasing a home through him in the Melborne area. When I called him from my home in Massachusetts, I gave him the critiera of what I wanted, ie, how much I wanted to spend, location, amount of bedrooms, bath rooms, etc. I also told him I had a limited amout of time to meet with him. When I walked into his office, David had a number of places for me to see. He was extremely organized and had a lot of knowledge of the areas that we looked at. Spending the day with David, and experiencing his wit and humor, along with his work ethic, I knew I was working with a proffesional. I ended up buying a beautiful home, in a great area, with all the amenities that I wanted. Because of his organizational skills and sense of understanding of what I was looking for, we made an offer on the second day of our search. Also, because of his negotiating skills, I bought the property with much less than the asking price. I have already recommended him to a friend, who will be calling him in the near future. I have already told my friend, that when he meets with David, to stand by for a great experience.
