David sold my mother’s home of 20 years and did such an amazing job for her; I knew when I bought without a doubt David would be my realtor. I've been in the industry myself and have very good friends that are realtors but when I saw the way David worked, I had no choice but to use him. My purchase was a complicated home that needed repairs. I wanted a fixer because I used to be a contractor and knew I could do the work or contract what I couldn’t do. David’s number one concern was I wouldn’t be walking into a money pit which I greatly appreciated. He found me a beautiful home with the most amazing view of the golf course. It had just enough serious work to scare off most buyers, but David made sure I had multiple expert inspections, so I knew what I was getting into. He then used that knowledge to negotiate a fantastic deal for me $50,000 under asking! And the home just had a $35,000 price reduction! I’m nearing the finish of my remodel and the home is spectacular! David has become more than a realtor we now consider him part of the family! He made my Moms retirement dreams reality and put me into my dream home where I plan to live the rest of my life. He loves what he does, it shows, and he is the best in the business. It is with great confidence I recommend David, you 100% have found the person you are looking for and I hope your ready for a new friend or addition to the family because that’s what David will become.

Most people know more than 1 real estate agent. David Darby is simply the best, bar none. He has decades of experience, is keenly aware of market patterns, is an excellent negotiator, and truly has his client's best interests in mind. Between him and his wife Robin, they are a powerhouse duo, with tremendous expertise and a multitude of industry connections to handle anything real estate related. I recommend David Darby unequivocally. His professionalism and attention to detail, and ability to anticipate issues before they arose made the process of selling a house far smoother than I'd hoped for.
