David was wonderful to work with......had everything ready and prepared for us, kept us up to date, supplied us with whatever we needed immediately and even went above and beyond the call of duty when we wanted to make an offer when he was on a personal outing out of town. David did a great job of helping us sell our condo in Savannah. We did not live near the condo and while we could have managed the efforts to necessary to prepare for closing it would have taken a lot of our time commuting and lots of frustration coordinating the contractors. David offered to manage it for us and worked to schedule and oversee the various contractors and the completion of their work.
