David Davis

Dave is a native of Watertown, NY but moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1981. He has been a Realtor® for 13 years. A graduate of St. Petersburg Catholic High and the University of Florida, Dave loves the Tampa Bay area. He is very active in community theatre here and is a karaoke master! Needless to say, when Dave is your Realtor®, you are going to have fun!

Dave is a firm believer in the philosophy that real estate isn’t as much about houses as it is meeting the needs of people. Sure, real estate and property knowledge is important. But even more critical is understanding what the customer wants and helping them to achieve it.
