Dave was born and raised in Brookline, MA and has lived in the Greater Boston area for over 15 years. Dave received his Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Massachusetts Boston. With over 14 years of industry experience, Dave has established himself as an expert in the field, working across several facets of the real estate business with a rapidly growing client base.
As the former CEO of All-Bright Realty, Dave served as a trusted investment property advisor for over a decade, managing a 300+ unit portfolio across Greater Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, and Metro West. In conjunction, Dave quickly grew an extensive book of business in the residential sales sector through cultivating long-lasting relationships with local developers, investors, first-time home buyers, and sellers alike.
In 2024, Dave ranked #1 in multifamily sales volume in Brighton, capturing an impressive 14% individual market share—surpassing the total gross sales volume of any other brokerage in the market.
He has been exclusively partnered with Brookline Development Corp for over a decade, now managing their rapidly growing real estate portfolio while also administering comprehensive marketing programs for an array of new development projects throughout Boston and Brookline.
Since founding Block Realty, Dave has scaled the firm’s management division to over 600 units under management, servicing every facet of the multifamily lifecycle. Under his leadership, Block Realty has quickly become one of the premier multifamily firms in Greater Boston, known for its comprehensive service platform and commitment to elevating asset performance for owners and developers.
Dave has earned the trust of his clients through demonstrating a tenacious work ethic, extraordinary market knowledge, and an ability to leverage an array of unparalleled resources built over the past 14 years. Dave founded Block Realty in 2022, which he credits as a testament to his loyal clients and the incredibly talented team he has been fortunate enough to align with throughout his career.
Dave recently moved to Weston, MA with his wife Alexandra (also a Real Estate Broker), and their sons Thomas Robert and David James, along with their two huskies, Tito and Leo.
