I ONLY buy & sell in the LKN (Lake Norman) community, just north of Charlotte.
That means Davidson, Cornelius, & Huntersville. I'm veryyy concentrated in that way.
It's not a stretch to say that I know every neighborhood and most every street in these 3 communities.
