When my wife and I decided to purchase a home in LV, we found Suzie and Dave through Dave Ramsey and we were very glad we did. Suzie treated us like we were her only client and indulged our every whim in locating the house we now own. She is very knowledgeable of the LV real estate market and worked very hard to find us the right house even when we weren't sure what the right house was. She and Dave were responsive, and punctual and our purchase went off without a hitch. In addition,we have since purchased a condo on the strip through them. My husband and I were in Summerlin in February 2013 looking for homes and were lucky enough to meet Suzie Marquardt outside her office on a Sunday morning (the office was actually closed, but she was meeting a client and asked if she could help us). We exchanged phone numbers, and she ascertained immediately our needs and proceeded to spend two full days with us showing us new home construction and existing homes in Summerlin. Suzie and her partner Dave educated us on the Nevada/Las Vegas lifestyle, and quite frankly we became fast friends. They truly provide you with the information and waste little time on showing us something we didn't want!
