David Faller

Dave Faller is currently a real estate agent and Associate Broker at The EXPERIENCE, Northwest in Coeur d’Alene, ID. He also co-owns the real estate team / Popular youtube/podcast "North Idaho Experience".

Prior to real estate, Dave has a 17 year career in Public Safety.

Hired in 2005 as a Firefighter with San Bernardino County Fire Department, Dave spent 15 years with the department, promoting to Captain in 2015. While working as a Fire Captain, Dave oversaw multiple budgets, was assigned as a HazMat Specialist, Urban Search and Rescue Team, and coordinated promotional testing and education for fire personnel from within.

Dave left California in 2019 and chose to continue his career in Law Enforcement. Dave worked for 2 years as a Police Officer with Coeur d’Alene PD.

After 17 years of combined service, Dave chose to exit public safety to spend more time with his family in August of 2021.

As a full-time real estate agent for less than a year, and only 5 months full time, Dave was awarded “Rookie of the Year” for Keller Williams, Coeur d’Alene after completing just shy of $12 million in sales from 23 transactions in 2021.

As an agent, Dave is good at making solid foundations in relationships with clients coming from public service and military careers. North Idaho is a retirement mecca for first responders making it among the most ideal retirement locations. It is a passion of his to work alongside those that have served communities to help them locate and find the perfect home.
