David Ferrel is an amazing realtor. David dropped everything he was doing on multiple occasions to be one of the first to see new showings, important in this competitive market. David provided solid advice, and always showed up prepared. David would show up with a sheet with the house description, what residences in the area sold for, and what monthly payments would be.

Simultaneously, David was working extremely hard to sell my house. David even showed up to help me fix a few things, decorate and hired someone to photograph the residence. David was able to sell my house within a week of posting it online!!! He kept me in the loop the entire time and informed me of all bids submitted.

David was able to not only bid on my dream home but ensured I won it. David was with me every step of the process. Ultimately, David was with me on my final showing and provided solid advice. I am glad I went with David as my realtor over any of the competitors. THANK YOU DAVID!

David is the absolute best!! My husband and I were on the market for a new home for almost 2 years. After finally parting ways with our first realtor we met David and he got us into a home in about 2 months!! He is very professional, well informed, gives his honest opinion, confident, easily accessible and you can tell he really genuinely cares about his clients and finding the right fit for them!
