David Ferro

Originally from Danbury, Connecticut, Dave was very fortunate as a child to learn customer service and develop a strong work ethic while working with his parents in the restaurant business. Dave moved to Gainesville in 1987 to attend the University of Florida. He is a triple Gator with a bachelor’s degree and two master’s Degrees. He has been a Realtor since 2004, specializing in commercial and investment real estate. Dave and his wife Leslie are successful investors and have experience developing and managing their own commercial real estate. Dave is a past Realtor of the Year, Past President of the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors, and Past District Vice President of Florida Realtors. He has also served as President of Gainesville Sunrise Rotary. Dave is currently actively serving on committees at the local, state and national Realtor associations. As Managing Broker and Vice President of Watson Realty Corp here in Gainesville, Dave hires, trains and supports his ever-growing team of professional Realtors. Dave and his wife continue to practice Commercial Real Estate. They have three healthy kids, and they are building a modern farmhouse in the beautiful city of Alachua.
