Dave helped me off and on for several years until i was finally ready to go through with buying a condo. He showed me multiple options, was always very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help me and the seller out on a few other issues. Great Realtor!
I went through 3 realtors before coming across David. I found him on google and when I say it did an AMAZING job helping me get my home it was a blessing. He communicated so well, very explanatory with everything, kept me updated everyday til I closed out on my home and not to forget He keeps his promises and words on what he say he’s going to do involving your home. I thought I wasn’t going to get my first home and David told me he was 100% that I my home was going to be mines. I recommend him to anyone that’s looking to purchase their first home like I did. I’m enjoying my first home with my daughter and we love it so Thank You so much for helping us Dave Flood.

Hard working Dave

The experience my family and I had buying a home was at the height of the housing inventory shortage. We would make a good offer the day a house went on the market and would get out bid. But even though our agent David Flood said he had set a record with the number of bids we had offered, he never hesitated to do the work. He was attentive to all of our questions and concerns and was in constant contact. If on the odd chance he didn't answer his phone, he would call back promptly. He did an awesome job and, in my opinion, he went above and beyond his duties. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
