David is a native Atlantan and longtime resident of East Atlanta. In 1996 David graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with concentrations in International Affairs and African American politics and also speaks conversational Spanish. .
From David’s 20+ year real estate career he has gained a depth of knowledge across all disciplines of the industry and assists his clients with residential, investment, international and light commercial real estate needs.

David is one of 4500 Certified International Property Specialists worldwide allowing him to follow his passion of helping his clients with their Global real estate needs. The network of CIPS real estate practitioners around the World further broadens David’s abilities to help his clients with real estate virtually anywhere.

As a perennial top producer David firmly believes that only you know when it is the right time to make a real estate move and his no pressure, relaxed approach to doing business supports that belief. His interests include antique cars, baseball, gardening and travel. David’s travels have taken him to 26 countries and 48 US States. He currently resides in East Atlanta with his partner in real estate and life Mehrnush Saadat and their ‘dogter’ Sony.
