David Glazer

October of 2023 marked David's 40th anniversary in the real estate brokerage business. During this time, he has acquired knowledge and experience in every area of real estate and is therefore able to serve all of his clients whether they're looking for retail, office, industrial, development land or investment properties. David is one of the only brokers in town who exclusively represents buyers and tenants. He does not list any properties for sale or lease and therefore never encounters a conflict that may put his client at a disadvantage. David searches out all possible sites, on and off the market, then aggressively negotiates the best price and terms. David works solely in his client's best interests.
