As the President of The David Green Group, David works with sellers, buyers, property investors, and renters, including some of the biggest names in the entertainment, sports, and financial industries.
David has sold over half a billion dollars of real estate and is consistently one of the top-producing agents in Massachusetts. He is consistently a member of the Pinnacle Club, which consists of the top 2% of agents nationwide. Among his sales are condos at all the luxury buildings in the city such as 50 Liberty Wharf, Pier 4, Echelon, Millennium Tower, Millennium Place, The Ritz, The InterContinental, The W, Lovejoy Wharf, and more. David also ranked among the Top 5 on the leaderboard for Boston, an accomplishment he attributes in part to his responsiveness, integrity, professionalism, and high level of service.
Being a resident of Lexington, Green also works with a lot of empty nesters downsizing to the city or families looking to move to the suburbs. He has helped many buyers and sellers in the areas of Wellesley, Newton, Weston, Sudbury, Wayland, Belmont, Winchester, Lexington, Lincoln, and Brookline. He has recently been ranked in the Top 5 on the leaderboard for Winchester.
Prior to joining the Real Estate Industry, Green first earned an undergraduate degree in business management and a master's degree in finance before working in Mergers & Acquisitions.
