David's passion for real estate began early as he purchased his first investment property within 6 months of attaining his bachelor’s degree. David worked full time as a Financial Analyst for some of the largest Fortune 500 companies in Ohio and on the east coast as he managed his rental properties on the side. David's passion for real estate lead him to attain his license in 2012 and his real estate sales career took off quickly.
Since 2012, David built a property management business, served as the CFO for the largest brokerage in Ohio, built a sales team that was selling homes in 3 states and took another sales team from $20 million to $80 million in two short years through creative and innovative marketing strategies and sales training. The teams which David has managed have consistently closed between 150 and 200 transactions a year and stacked up numerous awards and accolades along the way.
