My Husband and I have purchased investment home in the past and have worked with few realtors. I’d like to start by making it clear that David Guzman is in a league of his own and working with him was by far the best experience we have ever had. He was super responsive and Always available to answer questions and give great advise. He always set time that was convenient for us and never made us wait. He did not only help us search for a perfect investment property but he did all the leg work that goes with it. Starting with the Home owner Insurance , setting us up with a survey company that had survey done within few days because of David’s recommendation. Working with David was the best experience ever. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist us with this. He even had a tenant lined up for us two weeks before closing. Simply amazing. Top Real-estate Agent in USA! I promise.
