David has been great to work with. Our most recent move was complicated as both housing markets, here in Austin and in Phoenix, are highly competitive. David provided the knowledge and support to get us through our sale here, negotiating a lease back with our buyers that gave us the necessary time to find a great house in Phoenix.

I highly, highly, recommend David to anyone looking for a realtor to buy, sell or lease a property. Great guy, I don't think you can go wrong choosing David.

David is the hardest working realtor that you could ever find. He always does what he says he'll do and he does it quickly. David is super attentive to our needs. He is always willing to adjust to any suggestions we make.
We first met David 14 years ago when we were looking to sell our previous home. He helped us sell it and he helped us find the home we moved into. In those 14 years we considered moving several times only to realize it wasn't the best option at that time. However, each time we reached out to him and he was ready to assist. Eventually, after 14 years we were ready to sell and we never considered using anyone else. He once again came through with flying colors. He made all the necessary arrangements and he made sure we were taken care of. He was always ready to answer our questions at any time of day or night. Through these years David has become a friend. He treats like us like he cares and it's clear he does. He always asked about all our family members and even remembers our dog. We really care about David and his family and you would be represented if you used David for your real estate needs.
