David Hazan

While David Hazan was born in New York City, he considers himself an Ohioan since that is where he went to high school and college ( Ohio State). David moved to San Diego in 1974 and worked for a clothing manufacturer for over 20 years before getting into real estate managing property.

While his first real estate experience was in the commercial end, David migrated to residential 5 years ago and find it challenging and rewarding. David especially enjoys working with first time buyers and helping them experience the joy of finding their first home.

David is involved in civic activities in and around the downtown area so he is very aware of all the changes going on there. David was a founder and president of the East Village Business Improvement District for 7 years and he is currently a board member of the Downtown San Diego Partnership.
