Being raised and growing up outside of Colorado gives David an advantage with his exposure to different people, property, and communities. His past travels have bolstered his social and practical skills. After squeezing in some college before heading into the world, David made the choice of learning in the field to bring real life experience and knowledge to himself and his clients. David typically takes a leadership position but is aware enough to outsource skills and knowledge beyond what is certain to him. A resourceful, client and goal oriented mindset ensures David's upmost service and dedication for any given task. Even with an old school upbringing on an Illinois farm, David excels with technology and social media, making a well rounded skill set. Now a permanent resident of the Denver community, David has been enthralled with integrating himself into the community and becoming a pinnacle of information for the area. David has been around countless different types of homes and properties. He has earned real-life experience in the building, rehabilitating, and land of property that make him knowledgeable to serve real estate buyers and sellers. David entered the Real Estate world in order to pave his own highway, meet new people, and take care of those around him. David is married and lives in Denver, CO with his wife, dog, and cat.
