I have owned property for over 15 years and have worked with numerous brokers over the years. It is very difficult to find a honest, hard working experienced broker who puts your needs first. David is that kind of broker. I would absolutely recommend him. I worked with David last year, but I continue to call for advice, suggestions, etc. He always responds promptly and always has good suggestions. If that isn't enough, he then calls me back to see how things worked out! He really cares about his clients.

We have been working with David Heller for over two decades.We own a townhouse in La Jolla and every year we rent out our place for 6 to 9 months. David has always found us great tenants and worked with us wherever we were . Once the rental agreement was finalized while we were traveling in Europe and communicaions were difficult.
