44 years of experience in Real Estate , David has worked for two Real Estate company's prior to starting my own since 1983. Prior to Real Estate he worked in construction for 5 years
Dave works by myself and gives hands on experience with all his clients. Since he has experience in Residential sales, development of land residential tracts, Commercial land developments for Retail tenants, leasing to National Retail Tenants and an understanding of the investors needs. He has had an opportunity through years working with clients to learn a lot about the process involved in Real Estate. He prides himself in finding property for his clients and identifying issues with investments so the client has a clear picture of what they are buying, leasing ,investing in or developing. Dave has sold over 70 houses in a year, found locations for Regal Cinemas in 3 states, Rite Aid, Marshalls to mention a few, Been a Ryan Developer and sold properties in the 2-5 million range to investors.
He likes to help clients to have security in the future with their investments.
