There was an immediate bond of trust for us when we first met David at an Open House in the spring of 2016, so when we started looking seriously for a house the following fall, we wanted to work with David. Since we were not certain of the exact model of house in the community we were interested in, David just kept working with us until we narrowed our search. Since we feel comfortable using the internet, he showed us how to use a portal which he entered our criteria, and this was extremely helpful as we were able to narrow down our searches. The home was vacant, full of furniture and belongings, and it needed a lot of repair and cleaning. I live about 50 miles from the home, so I needed time to get it ready to place it on the market. Dave was always available to give me advice and meet with me at the house. Dave knows a lot about rehabbing houses and is very familiar with the homes in the area. He helped with staging the furniture for the photo shoot. One day he texted me that a neighbor had called him because I had left the garage door open. He went over and closed things up for me, saving me from a long drive. When we received an offer, he worked with me on negotiating details with the buyer. He arranged to have all the old furniture removed before the closing date. Other than the final signing at the title company, I was able to sign all the documents electronically which speded up the process and saved me a lot of travel.
