David graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Accounting but quickly found he loved the business side of Finance. Negotiating deals, mergers and acquisitions, customer engagement and driving profitability was more fun than balancing the books. After 25 years in Corporate America in Business and Financial leadership positions, he decided to follow his true passion in Real Estate. David bought his first rental property in 2011 in the Florida Keys and never looked back. He now has Real Estate LLC has holdings in IL, FL, and GA totaling more than $4 million. His passion is teaching others how to invest in real estate rentals, vacation rentals and flips and helping others navigate the home buying process. Finding a home is easy, winning the bid process and making it fun is what is important!
When he is not taking care of his clients, he is learning to Surf and finding exciting things to do in and around Atlanta.
