About David

David "Howie" Howerton is the Managing Broker of Howie Homes with HER Realty in Dayton, Ohio. Howie was born and raised inside the Washington D.C. beltway for 17 years, then joined the United States Air Force in 1996 and is still proud to serve. He loves to be involved in the community, from volunteering with Special Olympics to assisting with the Honor Flight, he has found happiness through the service of others. Howie received a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. He bought his first of ten houses in 2001, then became a landlord in 2004 and has managed property ever since. He has been stationed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base since 2014. Real estate is Howie's passion but getting the best deal for you is an even more so. He has been incredibly lucky and proud to have served in the U.S. Military and would be equally proud to serve you.

He will point out any flaws and give you honest opinion on what is best for YOUR home. I thought it was great to have him rank the homes we saw in a day. Having the reasons 'why' really offered valuable insight for the final purchase of our selected home. 10/10 and made a great friend!
