AMAZING!!! You won’t find a better realtor than David. David came highly recommended when I was looking to purchase a property years ago and I quickly found out why. I felt like I had my brother helping me, always looking out for my best interests. I had a great time looking at places with him, he pointed out the good and the bad, keeping my expectations in line. When it was time to sell there was no one else I would even consider calling but David. He came by my place, told me what I needed to do to get the place ready to list, and went over what to expect. We had my condo under contract in a matter of days from its listing date. I only have one problem, I moved out of state so David can’t help me find my next place. Let David help you and I promise you will not be disappointed.

When I needed to get into the house for different check points with my contractor, etc. before the closing, David always worked to get me entry. Working with David was a blessing and I am so happy to have been referred to him by a friend. He was the perfect realtor to have as a first-time homebuyer.

Throughout the entire process, David was very responsive and accommodating. Despite having a boatload of other clients, he made sure to make the time to answer my inquiries and tour several homes.

We worked together over the span of 4 months, and in that time frame, despite my worries about the housing market, David reminded me, "If it's meant to be, it will be." In the end, David helped my partner and me to find the perfect home which met all of our criteria. He kept a positive spirit up that helped to lighten the disappointments, and shared with us the same level of excitement whenever our eyes would brighten at a property.

Nonetheless, David was pragmatic and careful to inform us about every part of the process, what to look for in a home, and pros/cons to consider. He did this in a manner to allow me the ability to make the most informed decisions myself. I would recommend David to anyone, even if it weren't for a home -- he's a great human being and overall well-rounded person to have around. Thank you, David!

David was fantastic! I used David Juliao to sell my condo and am currently using him to purchase a new home. I actually worked with David for close to a year (looking at potential buys, exploring neighborhoods, discussing possible timeframes for listing my condo, etc) before ever actually listing my condo for sale. Once I took the plunge to list my condo the process went more smoothly than I could have ever imagined. David sold my condo in one day for top dollar! He was timely with all actions and always followed up with me to ensure I was on time for what I needed to do as we approached the many steps leading up to the closing date of my condo. David also went out of his way to answer any questions I had or assist with anything I needed even late at night when necessary. David was a pleasure to work with: professional, timely, efficient, transparent, honest, and hard-working. David is the best! He just sold a condo for me in Atlanta! I called him and asked if he would help me sell my property and he was on it...he is extremely easy to work with and very trustworthy. He has become an honorary member of our family!
He is the best realtor I have ever worked with, he knows what needs to be done and he does it, We received our first offer about a week after we listed it and in these days that is remarkable! This was my first house purchase and David was more than helpful during the entire process. I am very paranoid when it comes to big decisions and David took the time to walk me step by step thorough the process and tell me what to expect. Very responsive... even when I constantly woke him up at night with random questions (Disclaimer: if you can help it don't follow my example, let the man sleep!). Overall, it took me over a year to find my perfect home and he stuck with me through it all. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a home in Georgia, he gives it his all.

I dont even know where to start with David. I immediately knew he was the realtor for us and not just because we share the same name. Being a first time home buyer, David was able to guide us through this process without us ever feeling lost or overwhelmed.
