Detail oriented, she took care of even the smallest things, stayed in touch constantly with updates, the latest codes, and answer any questions. She made the whole process extremely easy and was able to guide me through the closing. Without a doubt this agency was totally committed to selling my property at a fair price. We were extremely happy with our realestate agent Cynthia Velazquez. Throughout the whole process she was very present, committed and communicative. She helped my parents through the whole process always going above and beyond her duties as a realtor. Cynthia even took on the job of being the middle man when things got rough with the loan officer and kept the deal going. We truly felt as if she was on our corner on this purchace and we could rely on her. From a realestate background myself I can see that Cynthia's true goal is to help educate people and making sure that noone takes advantage of her client. David King was our realtor and I can not say this enough, he is amazing and the best realtor in the area. My Wife and I just bought our first home and we did it during this covid craziness. If it wasn’t for David and the rest of his team we wouldn’t have gotten this home. He will answer any questions you have and trust me I had about 1,000 questions for him. My realtor Ivan Mollov was excellent. He was always updating us with new listings in the area and price range we were looking for. We went to several house showings with him, and he gave us real and honest opinions on the houses, and what he thought were pluses and what to be careful of. It was never about just selling us a house. He was always concerned about our happiness with the purchase now and in our future. He truly cared that we got a good deal and a great home. Ivan was with us through every step, and had the patience of a saint with all our first time buyer questions, concerns, and many home showings. He made the process seem much less daunting. I tell everyone what a pleasure it was to work with Ivan, and highly suggest him to anyone I know.

When looking for a new home my husband and I were lucky that David King was recommended to us. He worked tirelessly with us throughout the entire process. This was no easy endeavor considering we were first time buyers. As a true professional, we found David to be hardworking, dedicated and committed to helping us find the perfect home. As a first time home buyer, I went into this process with no idea what I was doing. Thankfully I had someone on my team who did. Mrs. Perez was on top of any question as had. This process isn’t an easy one but she makes it look so. She is a “go getter”! As a client, I highly recommend her for any serious home buyers. She will get the job done or will expend every option doing so. Give up isn’t not in her vocabulary. Patient, optimistic and hard working!

Finding a good real estate agent in the ocean of real estate agents available, can be a serious challenge– but you have no worries if you work with David King.

Despite our small budget for a home, David treated us like first class clients. He worked hard to find us a home, negotiated a good deal and then fought for us when the situation called for it. He bent over backwards, quickly and efficiently finding solutions to any challenges that popped up along the way and remaining full of energy and humor the entire time.
