About David
David is the founder and president of Rosewood Homes. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, overseeing land acquisition, product design, sales, marketing, and staffing. An accomplished 30+ year industry veteran, he helped lead Rosewood Homes to the "Small Volume Builder of the Year" Award at the Phoenix "MAME Awards" and the #1 Customer Satisfaction Score in North America with the Eliant "Homebuyers Choice Award".
Earlier in his career, David served as Region President for Lennar Homes as well as started and led the Arizona operations of Greystone Homes in the early 1990’s then Ashton Woods Homes in 2001, leading them to “Builder of the Year” and “Small Volume Builder of the Year” awards, respectively. He is a two-time HBACA Board of Directors member and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASUCLA. David holds a real estate brokers license as well as a BA from UCLA and an MBA from the prestigious Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
