Markie was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I sold our home due to career relocation. It was a very stressful process with several hiccups that were out of our control. Markie worked tirelessly day and night to get everything ironed out for the sale, you would've thought she was selling her own house. She was never unreachable and always quick to respond to any concerns we had. And she got us the BEST possible deal we could've hoped for. Well… “Baby, it’s cold outside!” Because…. It’s approaching December and I’m HOME sweet HOME in the state of NJ which means “I’ll be home for Christmas!” ….And that’s because I counted on one of Santa’s Favorite realtors (and now MINE), Misty Watson from John R. Wuertz Team at BHHS Fox & Roach.

Late this summer, Misty took on the task of getting my husband and me back home from out of state (300 plus miles away) and she did it quick and efficiently. She made a very stressful process a lot less taxing by educating us on the home buying process and keeping open lines of communication all while working diligently to fight and meet every deadline. She was extremely easy to talk to all while maintaining this level of professionalism.

I definitely recommend anyone searching for their home to deck the halls or hang their stockings with care this or the next holiday season reach out to Misty and her team!!!

If your looking for someone that is professional, attentive, and actually works hard at making your dream come true than I recommend you use Danielle. We sold our two homes to buy one large home together. Our expectations were very high and our time was very short since both houses had sold already. Danielle found us EVERYTHING on our wish list and then some. We asked for 5 acres, 5 bedrooms, detached garage, and we got 10 acres 5 bedrooms, huge garage, full basement. Honestly, without Danielle we would have never ever found this house and got into it so fast. There are 100s of realtors around that are looking to make a quick buck.. Danielle is not like that; she wants to put you in a home not a house. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and since she found us our oasis we will never need a realtor again and want to recommend her to EVERYONE looking.

As first-time home buyers, friends and colleagues would tell us that buying a home is the most stressful life experience, especially in this competitive housing market. They told us to be prepared to put in multiple offers, pay over asking price and eliminate specific components from the home buying process, such as the inspection and appraisal. We chatted with other real estate agents, but when we connected with Misty it felt like a perfect match. John helped me and my family sell our family home after our parents passed away. It was very emotional for all of us. In fact, even though we met John a year before, it took us a long time to get all of our heads around selling our childhood home. When we were finally ready, John was able to keep us all focused on what needed to be done and helped us work to get there. There was a lot to do getting it ready to sell. We had a basement that needed to be waterproofed, a lot of electrical issues, and as John said, we needed to bring it out of 1975 and into today. John had a list of contractors that were really professional and able to get the work done for us at reasonable prices. When we were finally ready, John had the house photographed by a great photographer and went about marketing our childhood home. John was really sensitive to our personalities and emotional attachments to the house. He helped us "pack up our memories and take them with us." But he didn't help us pack any of the "stuff" our parents had accumulated over the years. LOL. We sold the house for a good price and without the worries of the many "MacGyver fixes" my dad had done for years to keep the house together. All of us were happy with John's performance and how he carefully guided us to the sale. I would highly suggest calling John if you are in the market to sell.

At our first meeting with John Wuertz, he had detailed information to help us decide what price to list our house. The pictures of our house shown online were done really well. He answered all of our many questions and kept in touch through phone calls, emails, and text messages. He showed us how to use the Showing Time app which is a great tool. He also had a secure portal for us to use and docusign which saved a lot of time. We both feel he did an excellent job for us.

I was moving from Philly to Jersey and looking for a house. Location for commuting was a necessity. Misty Watson was referred to me by a family member who lives in NJ. I was also under a time constraint so she showed me many properties in a 2 month period. Her attention to detail of all the parameters I was looking for was amazing. She went the extra mile for me. Sometimes showing me 3-4 properties a day and in the evening after work. She also referred an outstanding real estate attorney that helped the deal to move quickly. Misty was very professional and was really knowledgeable. I needed this as I was moving from out of state and was not very knowledgeable about NJ.
