I am David S. Kitts, Sr and I have owned and operated Kitts Realty in North Carolina since 2021. I am located in Mint Hill just outside of Charlotte and I focus on the towns that surround the Crown City. I grew up in Lake Wylie SC and have lived in Charlotte, Mint Hill, Gastonia, Myrtle Beach and Kinston NC. I can assist you wherever you want to buy or sell real estate.
