Before transitioning to real estate, David had a successful career in systems administration at Wells Fargo Bank, where he oversaw vault and ATM systems nationwide. This background sharpened his project management skills—critical to managing the many moving parts of a real estate transaction. He also founded and operated a restaurant wholesale supply company, managing a sales team that served both well-known local chains and independent establishments throughout the Valley.
