David was the best realtor we have ever worked with. He was attentive to our needs and wants from the property, and gave us honest feedback, which we really needed an objective perspective. He also kept us from making poor decisions as there were several times we wanted to exceed our budget or purchase a property that would not meet our needs long-term. Most of all the communication between us was amazing. He always responded quickly (at all hours of the day and night). And was quick to act given the competitive housing market. Lastly, and also important, David was very accommodating to work around our schedules and distance challenges for showings. You’re making the right choice to go with David!

Simply put, Dave is the best realtor in the area. As first time home buyers, my fiancée and I had no idea what to expect when we decided to buy our first home. From helping us finding the perfect house that fit our lifestyle, budget, and commute, to negotiating the purchase and dealing with the various contingencies that went along with it, Dave was incredibly thorough and made us feel comfortable at all points of the process. He left no stone un-turned during our search, had prompt answers to the (many) questions we had for him throughout, and just generally went above and beyond every step of the way. In truth, both Dave and Jen make their clients feel like family and were a joy to work with. We wholeheartedly recommend Dave and Jen to anyone in the area in need of a realtor. David is very courteous and professional. He showed me several apartments and when we found the right one he conducted the process coordinator finding solution for the incredible number of problems and bureaucracy as they came demonstrating great knowledge of the process and researching to find the right persons at the right time. when we encounter road blocks he found solutions that not even the lender we aware of. I still consult we him when I need information that I cannot find. I give him a five stars and recommend him to every one that is looking for some property to buy or rent. He recommend the attorneys that I use as well as the company tat did the inspections. I consider him a friend now!!!

Dave was excellent through our entire process. He scouted the property before our showing just to be sure it was worth our time to make the trip. He was masterful during negotiations. And once we had an accepted offer, he knew all of the good local vendors - inspectors, lead and water surveys, septic, attorney, etc. He was instrumental in helping us swap out our lender when our original one put our deal in jeopardy. And, he was available to us within minutes via text/phone/email whenever we had questions, ideas, concerns…and as first time home buyers, we had plenty.

They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had while selling and buying our new home. Not only were they professional, they took really good care of us like we were family. When you hear the Landau team, think even broader then just the real estate team you will be getting. I was so fortunate to have David and Jen by my side while selling my house. David keeps up to date on the current, constantly changing market and patiently answered all of my questions as a first time home seller. Jen had some good suggestions about staging my home. He and Jen was very responsive whenever I reached out with a concern. Even when the deal looked like it would fall apart, they were ready with an alternate plan. They take one of the most stressful and emotional purchases one will ever make and turn it into a smooth experience. From beginning to end it was great dealing with Dave and the Team. Even the bumps in the road were not so bad because you knew Dave had your back and was on your side through everything. David is so accessible it's almost as if he is with you at all times. Any texts or calls—he's on it immediately. He worked as the middleman between attorneys, realtors, contractors, and more, taking on all these tasks to make it easy for us. He always took care of it. As very particular buyers, David was incredibly patient and we eventually found the perfect house. He's highly knowledgeable about the industry as well as the area, and we would recommend him to anyone looking.
