David Leeret

David Leeret has been in the Denver area for over 40 years! He went the Heritage High School in Littleton and Fort Lewis College in Durango. After college, Dave moved back to the Denver area where he bought his first house. Dave obtained his CPA designation practicing accounting and finance in the corporate world for several years; however quickly discovered that this was not a passion of his. Dave comes from a family of real estate professionals, and he realized what he was passionate about was right under his nose all along, real estate! Dave decided to switch careers and help people fulfill the American dream of home ownership! His background in accounting helps him to understand the financial side of the transaction and buying a house is the biggest financial decision most people will ever make. What he would say he loves most about my job is seeing that aha moment that, “This is the house we want!” and seeing that dream come true for his clients is so rewarding!
