David Longenecker

David (Dave) Longenecker is a Real Estate Sales Agent licensed in PA and MD. Dave resides in Christiana PA along with his wife and 3 children. Dave has been representing real estate clients (both buyers and sellers) for over 28 years.

Dave is also the owner/partner in an auction company named Petersheim & Longenecker Auction Co. and is marketing director and auctioneer for a wholesale produce auction house called the Oxford Produce Auction located in Oxford PA.

Dave enjoys time with family and friends, motorcycle riding and hunting. Dave has sold multiple recreational land and hunting properties and enjoys that segment of the market as well as produce farms and agricultural projects.
