David Maldonado

My name is David Maldonado and I am a REALTOR® with Arterra Luxe. My territory is in and around Oakland County/Metro Detroit and the State of Michigan. I grew up in Bloomfield Hills, MI and have a Communications degree from Michigan State University. I also completed my MBA while living in Guatemala, as I constructed and managed Real Estate properties. Along with my education background I have hands on experience with Corporate IT sales, management, construction, design, as well as international business/real estate experience.
