David grasped exactly what we were looking for, but also kept an eye out for things we hadn't considered. He found defects we hadn't notice, and steered us away from homes that initially looked good but had hidden problems. David absolutely had our interests at heart. In this chaotic market, with houses appearing and getting snatched up within hours, he responded immediately--regardless of the day or hour--to arrange visits, answer questions, and make offers. He was dogged and persistent, but also patient and understanding of our needs. We highly recommend him to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home.

Dave Margolis has been our realtor and sold both of our primary residences for us within the last four years. The first sale we would consider as a standard sale and it went very smoothly. The team led by Dave was very professional and executed a well thought out plan. Dave was there and walked us through every step of the way. The first home was our primary residence for 40 plus years and it meant a lot to us and our family. Dave understood that and was very appreciative of our concerns.

The second home was our dream home. It was built for us to our specifications and we expected to live out our retirement there. Unbeknownst to us, within three years of moving into our new home, we were on the phone with Dave explaining to him that we were moving to the Raleigh, North Carolina area. Furthermore, we had just purchased a home there and needed him to sell our current home. To compound matters, we would be moving within the next two months.

Dave very professionally pulled his team together, explained the challenges that we and the team faced, arranged for the picture sessions, held open houses, prepared the descriptive materials and provided direction to us on how to work with the service providers to maintain services during the transition period and after we had relocated to Raleigh. When the housing market softened and interest rates rose, Dave was continually working with other realtors on our behalf and kept a strong interest in our house which led to the eventual sale in a very difficult market. He was open to their suggestions and walked us through our options. With our relocation out of the area, Dave maintained a constant level of communication with us and even on occasion was present at the house when contract work needed to be performed.

Dave became more than our realtor; he became our trusted ally in the process. I would have no qualms about recommending him or the services that he provided.

Wow! Dave Margolis made my complicated sale of an out of state rental property so easy! Dave helped me for years with renting the property and then finally selling it. Every interaction I have had over the years was very professional yet personal. He always responded in a timely manner and gave excellent guidance from start to finish all with a great attitude and sense of humor. One can only hope for people you can trust to guide you in situations where you don't know the ropes and he did an excellent job as did the Mike Team with the selling process. Highly recommend!

David was hands down AMAZING! He worked with us tirelessly through a challenging market and cross-state move. Answered questions immediately and had an honest (and correct) answer at every turn. Even when we would get discouraged or stressed and start adapting our wants and needs he kept working to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for at the right price rather than settling for less than what we truly wanted. If you want a new best friend with your best interest at heart call David.

(in our opinion) a gift from God to us!

Every house we saw (and we walked through a ton) He was transparent, informative, and we could really feel He had our family's best interest in mind.

David is a man who will not stop until the job is done. Even when his clients chose to go out of the country for a month after having an offer excepted...( sorry)

He continue to work hard for us, answering our calls, texts, and emails. We're sure He went over and beyond his job description to make sure that we got our house.

If you are looking for a realtor who is professional, tactful, knowledgeable, selfless and trustworthy, David is the man.

David will go far and beyond to assist you. You can be confident that he will always have your best interest in mind. The best of all, you will start with a professional agent, but will end up with a brother and a friend.

No matter how busy David is he answers texts/emails/questions immediately. Responds to other realtor emails immediately and keeps the process moving. He was able to sell a land parcel for me in a multiple bidder situation in in less than a week on the market. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, call David. I cannot recommend him enough. David is very knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and patient. Our home search took quite a long time and even included a break for a few months. David was always there when we had questions or interest in a property. His insights and advice are invaluable. When walking through homes, David would always be sure to point out the positives and negatives and he has the experience to observe things that you may not otherwise notice. Throughout the process, he truly felt like a member of our team and wanted us to find the home that was right for us.
