About David

David loves Indianapolis and has moved back to the area with his family to be close to their extended family. He grew up in Hill Valley Estates on the south side and lived on the north side near Carmel/Westfield while in high school. David received his degree in Meteorology in Bloomington where he met his wife Paula. They have been blessed with three boys, Ian, Gavin, and Keegan.

Despite studying Meteorology and being a meteorologist, David and his wife have a heart for helping people and entered the ministry. He has served as a youth pastor and pastor for 23 years, during which his family and he moved 14 times to help people, congregations, and communities of all kinds. David understands that moving can be stressful, having experienced both good and bad moves.

To help people with the stress of buying and selling homes, David joined Carpenter Realtors. He wants to help people focus on the exciting aspects of new chapters in their lives and eliminate the stress of buying and selling homes. David is committed to helping people have a good experience in this significant event in their lives.

David is confident in his love and knowledge of Indianapolis and has the skills and knowledge to implement the latest technology and techniques to help people achieve success with their real estate transactions. He has a team of professionals working with him to provide the full range of homeownership services: mortgage financing, title services, inspectors, and homeowner’s insurance. David will gladly recommend professionals in each category for people to interview and choose to work with.
