David Meinhardt

David is a licensed REALTOR ® in both Maryland and Washington D.C. David provides exceptional Real Estate services to ensure each client is confident throughout the entire real estate transaction. Born and raised in Southern Maryland, David began honing his skills as a salesman early while working in the family automobile business. He graduated from the University of Maryland University College with a B.A. in finance along with a minor in Business Management, while also maintaining a full-time job throughout his studies. After graduation, he switched his focus to Real Estate, managing finances at a commercial real estate development firm.

His knowledge, gained through years of work experience and his continued education, uniquely equips him to help buyers, sellers, and investors in both the residential and commercial markets.
