David Minasian

Upon returning to his native Pasadena in 2012 after several years abroad, Mr. Minasian became established as a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager with Minasian & Associates, becoming President of the firm in 2018. Prior to his time at M&A, David enjoyed an extensive and diverse entrepreneurial working background in, real estate investment, property rehabilitation, music, and agriculture, for which he also designed and built a special use facility. He is a member of the Los Angeles chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), an Associate of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and a member of the Pasadena Rotary.
