David Moyal

David brings over 13 years of real estate experience. Having started his career as an asset and acquisition manager for a European based family office, his background includes analyzing investment opportunities, developing investment strategies, and building a team to manage more than 450 residential & residential properties for his clients. Today he specializes in Miami-Dade and South Broward County, and services clients looking for residential investment or commercial properties.

David's knowledge of the South Florida market, along with his drive and dedication, are just some of the assets he brings to the table. “I provide my clients with the latest information about the neighborhoods they may be interested in — who’s selling, what changes are coming, and how those things can impact them,” says David, who also has extensive experience dealing with the needs of European and Latin American clients.

Born and raised in South Florida, David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and Management from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida in Gainesville and currently resides in Brickell. His business background allows him to provide his clients with the kind of financial guidance that enables them to make informed decisions, market their property effectively, and negotiate from a position of strength.
