Finding the right home in today’s market can feel impossible. After a long and frustrating journey with two previous realtors, my family was feeling completely defeated in this difficult housing market. Our first realtor was a complete nightmare, and we parted ways after just one meeting. Our second realtor was wonderful, and we truly loved working with her, but after a year of searching, she simply couldn’t get us what we needed during these hard times.

Thankfully, we found David Orlick. From our first meeting, it was clear David was different—his experience, both as a realtor and with flipping houses, gave him an edge that was uncomparable.

David’s extensive knowledge of homes and the market allowed him to identify both potential problems and hidden value in every property we viewed. His background in house flipping set him apart, offering insights that most realtors simply don’t have. Whether he flagged structural concerns or highlighted opportunities for improvement, we always knew David was looking out for us and ensuring we made the best possible decision.

Within just under four months, David had us under contract on what we thought was the perfect home. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances,and (nothing to do with him), that deal fell through.
But at only 3 days later David had us under contract again—this time for our true dream home. Despite facing an extraordinary number of challenges, David guided us through every hurdle with confidence and expertise. Each new issue that arose seemed like it could derail the process, but David was the one who kept everything on track.

We firmly believe that no other realtor could have navigated the complexities we faced and still secured a successful closing. It was nothing short of a miracle that we made it through, and that miracle was David Orlick. His expertise and integrity were critical in overcoming each obstacle, and we are so incredibly grateful for his guidance.

Despite David’s long record of success as a realtor, he has additional areas of expertise that are assets when searching for a home. The one that immediately comes to mind is his background in flipping homes. He knows the flags that as a potential buyer would need to consider. You will not feel pressured to buy when working with David. In fact, he doesn’t require a non-compete contract during your search. In his thinking, once you find a home, you would reach out to him to manage all the next steps. Speaking of next steps, David has a fantastic team to handle all the financials for purchasing a home. Our experience could not have been more easy and pleasant. I highly recommend David and his team when the time comes to buy or sell your home. We were moving from Virginia so having such an experienced team made all the difference!

Dave was a superstar and I know I made the right choice when I selected him to help sell a home in New Hampton. I chose Dave initially because I thought he had a unique approach to marketing but it turned out finding the seller was the easy part. I am not located anywhere near NH so Dave ended up taking on some extra work, locating someone to help clean out the house and deal with repairs. Then there were some unexpected complications with the title and Dave was able to smooth things out with the buyers. I highly recommend Dave.

working with Dave as a first time home owner might have been the key factor in me finding such a great house. I went through 2 or 3 realtors before I was connected with him and honestly his presents and knowledge of not only (in my case the NH market) but also how to navigate the VA loan prosses became perhaps my greatest asset while trying to get a first home.
The thing that I enjoyed most about working with him was his enthusiasm even in the face of any obstacle during the prosses and I also really like how straight forward he was with subjects.
