Born and raised in Colorado, he grew up in Golden, and attended Golden High School. Soon after high school obtained multiple certificates in Real Estate, Paramedicine and Fire Science. In addition to his real estate background, he is a career Fire Lieutenant/Paramedic. He married the love of his life and became a father in December of 2009, and they now have two happy, healthy boys and a beautiful daughter!
At the ripe old age of 13 he began working in his father’s Appraisal office, gluing photos onto appraisals, and performing clerical work. He began his professional real estate career as an appraiser in 2002, and soon after obtaining his appraisal license, became a Real Estate Agent. With over 20 years of experience now, he considers himself a well-rounded real estate professional and has closed over $50 Million in sales. He prides himself on his attention to detail, accurate pricing, and selective marketing. With his marketing focus primarily being web based and social media he has been very successful with his listings. A vast majority of buyers view the home they will eventually buy on the internet, before any other media; therefore, a vast majority of your marketing needs to be on the internet in order to sell your property in any market in a reasonable period of time. To accomplish this, he attended several courses in photography and web design. He is currently a proud member of the Home Smart Presidents club and a top 1% member of the Denver Metro area.
As his real estate business has progressed, he has formed The Red Team. This is a group of fellow firefighters with their real estate license with a focus on assisting Civil Servants through the home buying or selling process.
