David at eXp Realty is a 5 star realtor. He went above and beyond, he walked me thru the home buying process, gave me detailed responses to any issue I had. He answered calls after 5pm and had no issues showing me a home whenever I was ready. Not only did he negotiate a lower purchase price but also helped in getting some closing credits that I had no idea were available. I would definitely recommend David Pacheco to family and friends and plan on using him for any of my future home purchases.

David was recommended by a friend who had recently purchased a home and had a great experience. Once I reached out, he was very responsive and attentive to what I was looking for in a home. We saw countless houses and even made an offer on a home we really liked. Ultimately, given today's market, somebody outbid us by a lot. We regrouped and continued looking at other houses until I found "the one". It was into the evening hours when we went to the showing but David put an offer in for us early the next morning and it was accepted. My family and I are now happily living in our wonderful home.
