I loved my 50 acre St Ignatius ranch home of 17 years.
David made the transition unbelievably seamless. He found a buyer, who needed to sell their home, giving me time to pack, ugh. Though David sold their home in 6 hours, my goodness, that was not a welcome event. Game on!
David assisted in securing packers, truck rentals, two truck drivers to South Carolina, people to unpack in South Carolina, God is good!
My prayers were answered ten fold. Praise Jesus!

When we met David Passieri, we were actually only trying to help our son find a place to live/buy. Immediately, we were drawn to trust David as we were shown different places. We even considered places that we might buy & live in together (we were VERY tired of the Washington governor, and his constant raising taxes). As we prepared to leave; David called us with one more site he had hopes we would like. We were very pleased with the new place he showed us. He had the integrity to tell us the down-side of this investment, but we agreed that it was trivial next to the beauty/ great appeal of the house. He asked us if we liked it. He showed it to my son & wife in case they wanted to move in there also, but he declined. We were so impressed with the house, and trusted David (he is quite amiable, you know), that we asked if we could put a bid on it before we returned to Washington State. At David's suggestion; we put $5, 000 down, and bid that amount over the asking price. They accepted our offer and David let us know before we drove back. He kept us informed of any developments, and made suggestions for us as we put our house up for sale. for example: our bank did not want to loan us the money even though our house was on the market for 70,000 more than this house, and had a bid in one day. After 5 days, we accepted the bid on our house.
Our bank (key bank) would not give us a line of credit loan even though the house was paid off 4 yrs. ago. so David talked to the buyer's agent and they agreed to make this a sale pending sale of our house. we closed on the 15th of April on our house, and closed on the Ronan house on the 17th. We had help from David for all our relocation needs also. He, at our request, referred us to everything from a local barber to phone service and wifi and electrical and water service. In January 2021, David helped us sell our home in St. Ignatius, Montana. We chose David because he was on top of everything from our first meeting and arrived thoroughly prepared, including a marketing plan for our home. It took just over 3 months from listing to closing, even after allowing time for the buyers to sell their home. He negotiated a very fair price in a market that seems the be constantly moving. We appreciated that he was always available to answer any questions and gave us great advice along the way. He is not only a very professional agent who knows the market, but he is a researcher who digs deep to make sure nothing will hinder getting his clients to the table at closing. He also helped us with the extra details, like recommending and scheduling vendors to deal with any issues that arose.
