Working with David Patsel and Megan was such an awesome experience. From the very beginning, David made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He was quick to answer my questions (which were a ton), gave honest advice, and made me feel like he really had my best interest at heart.

Megan was amazing too—so organized and on top of every detail. Anytime I started to feel overwhelmed, she was right there to make sure everything stayed on track.

What I appreciated most is that I never felt like just another client. David and Megan genuinely cared about helping me throughout the purchasing process. They have a lot of great local contractors that provided excellent, speedy, quality work at reasonable costs to bring my home in top shape, ready to sell. I had a slightly complicated case that took months to resolve (outside of David’s team) but they were with me through the ups and downs until we were finally able to successfully close. Would have given 5 stars if not for some miscommunication with contractor expenses which I think could be easily handled with better coordination and organization of invoices.

I can't say enough good things about this group! When I first decided to buy my house I contacted Megan St. Charles and she walked me through the entire process. From preparing me to be able to, to putting me in touch with great people to help with the financing, and then finding our dream home. David Pastel and Megan was there all the way to closing. Then when I needed to sell some property there was no question who I wanted to work with. I instantly called David and Megan and again they walked me through the whole process and made it so much easier. They were patient with my crazy questions and helped me sell the property quickly. David and Megan St. Charles, Transaction Coordinator, were very responsive to any questions or concerns, and ensured that we had the correct information every step of the way. Since we were selling the house from Washington state, this was particularly important to us since there is a 3-hour time difference in any communication. David willingly coordinated repairs to the house and personally oversaw the work while it was being completed. Additionally, both David and Megan followed up on potential buyers once interest was expressed, regardless if there was an actual offer, to see what they could do to facilitate contract. We appreciated David and Megan’s professionalism and dedication every step of the way in selling our house and greatly recommend them.

I had to sell a house in a state I did not live in. David Patsel found a buyer quickly. Through no fault of David, the buyer could not close the loan after waiting through their requested 90 day escrow. I was in need of selling the house in order to purchase one in another state and this was quite a disaster for me. David ended up finding a buyer within a few days at a higher price and closed the sale in record time. All throughout both escrows David stayed in contact with me allowing me to call and/or text him on his personal number. I feel that I chose the right realtor for the job and am thankful for all his help which went well above and beyond the scope of his job in that I needed him to check on the property weekly as it was vacant for over a month. Thank you David and staff. You did a bang-up job for me.

David was not my original realtor that I planned to use. I had previous experience with a different realtor and tried that person first. The other realtor suggested I paint up the inside of my house and put it on the market for 185000. I thought I could do better and reached out to David.

When David arrived we discussed several options. David had several suggestions for cost effective improvements to the house as well as timing the market. We also discussed selling the house prior to me buying a new house vs staying until it sold. David was also convinced I could sell for over 200000 with his strategy.

I did everything David asked me to do and am very happy to report that my house sold for 205000 and received the contract about 1 week after the house went on the market. I would gladly work with David again if I were to move back to the area.
