About David
David began his career in real estate in 1987, working in finance and commercial leasing for Olympia and York, the largest NYC developer at the time. In 1998, he was part of the team that sold the Woolworth Building. For eleven years he was the Director of Sales and an executive for The Clarett Group, one of the city's largest residential developers. In those eleven years, he sold over a billion dollars of residential real estate and leased more than one thousand apartments. During that time, he managed the leasing of The Montrose, Post Luminaria, Post Toscana, and the Brooklyner, and was responsible for sales at 272 West 107th Street, Place 57, Chelsea House, Sky House, Forte, and 200 West End Avenue.
During the course of his career, he was also involved in more than $1 billion in investment sales including such notable addresses as 320 Park Avenue, 175 Water Street, 99 John Street, 233 Broadway, 308 East 38th Street, 385 First Avenue, 389 East 89th Street, and 111 Lawrence Street.
In 2011 he was the Director of Sales for Brown Harris Stevens Select's The Laureate, where he sold over $120 million of apartments in less than one year. David is leveraging this experience to market and sell exceptional residential properties and provide expert negotiation skills for purchasers.
David was the co-chair of the Real Estate Board of New York’s Downtown Residential Division from 2005 – 2010. He served on the board of Community Access, a non-profit that built supportive low-income housing from 2004 to 2010.
